SSP directs swift redressal of complaints

RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th Mar, 2026) SSP Investigation, Nasir Ali Khan urged the police officials for swift response to public complaints. He held an open court at Police Lines Headquarters on Thursday where he listened to public complaints and issued directions to concerned officers for their prompt resolution.

During the session, citizens presented various issues, upon which the SSP directed officials to ensure legal action on marked applications within the stipulated timeframe. He emphasized that negligence in resolving public grievances would not be tolerated.

Nasir Ali said that effective and timely service delivery at police stations would be ensured at all times, adding that all possible measures were being taken to facilitate citizens in line with the vision of the Punjab government. He reiterated that protection of life and property of the public remained the top priority of the police.

Meanwhile, the SSP instructed officers to strictly follow timelines and maintain transparency in handling complaints to strengthen public trust in the policing system.
