SSP Operations orders immediate action on public complaints at open court

FAISALABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th Jun, 2026) SSP Operations Imran Ahmad Malik has directed the police officers to resolve public grievances and citizens on priority basis as it is the first and foremost duty of police to ensure quick justice, public relief and accountable service delivery.

He was addressing an open court held at his office, where a large number of citizens presented applications and complaints relating to policing and public safety matters.

SSP Operations Imran Ahmad Malik personally heard the grievances and ordered immediate action on several cases, directing the relevant officers to ensure prompt resolution of issues.

The session was attended by police officers, including the In-charge Complaint Cell and other concerned officials, who assisted in reviewing public complaints and implementing directions issued during the proceedings.

Speaking on the occasion, SSP Operations Imran Ahmad Malik said that the immediate provision of justice and public relief remained the foremost priority of Faisalabad police.

He stressed that every complaint received from citizens would be addressed on merit and within the framework of the law.

He made it clear that any instance of excess, misconduct or injustice against citizens would not be tolerated under any circumstances and warned that strict action would be taken against those found responsible for violating public rights.

The SSP Operations said that earning public trust and ensuring effective service delivery constituted the fundamental objectives of the police force.

He said that transparent policing and direct interaction with the public were essential for strengthening confidence between law enforcement agencies and citizens.

Imran Ahmad Malik further said that Faisalabad police were utilizing all available resources to safeguard the lives and property of citizens and maintain a peaceful environment throughout the district.

He noted that open courts provided an effective platform for resolving public grievances and improving communication between police officers and the community.

Such public outreach activities would continue to ensure timely redressal of complaints and further strengthen community policing across Faisalabad, he added.

The citizens who attended the session appreciated the initiative and expressed satisfaction over the opportunity to present their concerns directly before senior police officials.
