SSP Ops holds open court, orders prompt redress of public complaints

RAWALPINDI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st Apr, 2026) Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operations Malik Tariq Mehboob on Tuesday held an open court at Police Lines Headquarters, where he heard complaints from citizens and issued directions for their prompt resolution.

During the session, the SSP directed concerned officers to ensure legal action on marked applications within the given timeframe. He stressed that no negligence would be tolerated in addressing public grievances.

He further instructed officers to ensure improved service delivery at police stations at all times, adding that protection of citizens’ lives and property and provision of facilities remained a top priority in line with the Punjab government’s vision.
