SSP Qazi oversees security, traffic management at Tablighi Ijtema

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 3rd May, 2026) Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operations Islamabad Qazi Ali Raza, along with senior officers, remained present at the Tablighi Ijtema to ensure effective security arrangements and smooth traffic management.

An official told APP on Sunday that the SSP Qazi reviewed overall security deployment and traffic flow at the venue.

Officers were directed to maintain strict vigilance and ensure seamless coordination to facilitate participants.

The official said that special attention was being given to traffic regulation to avoid congestion and ensure safe movement of vehicles.

Senior officers were monitoring arrangements on ground to ensure implementation of security protocols.

The Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police reiterated its commitment to ensuring safety and convenience of citizens during large public gatherings.
