Strict deadlines set for hides,donations collection permissions for Edi-ul-Adha

BAHAWALPUR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 27th Apr, 2026) Deputy Commissioner(DC),Syed Hassan Raza on Monday issued formal directives and announced a detailed schedule for the collection of sacrificial animal hides and donations on the occasion of Eidul Azha in Bahawalpur.

According to an official notification,institutions,religious seminaries,welfare organizations and NGOs intending to collect hides and donations must submit applications by May 12 in accordance with prescribed rules.

Officials said the district administration will scrutinize all applications with final decisions to be announced on May 15.

Approval orders for successful applicants will be issued on May 18,after which authorized organizations will be permitted to conduct collection activities under defined regulations.

The notification further states that appeals against the Deputy Commissioner’s decisions can be submitted to the Commissioner Bahawalpur Division by May 22.

The administration directed all concerned institutions to strictly comply with the schedule and regulations,warning that violations may invite legal action.
