Student injured seriously in road accident

NOWSHERA VIRKAN, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 8th Jun, 2026) A 12-year-old school student was seriously injured in a road accident while on his way to school here on Monday.

The Rescue sources said the accident occurred near the General Bus Stand on the Nowshera Virkan–Matto Bhaike Road, where the student was injured in a collision involving two motorcycles.

According to the sources the student identified as Ayan was riding a motorcycle with his siblings while wearing his school uniform and heading to school when his motorcycle collided with another motorcycle on the road.

As a result of the accident, Ayan suffered a fracture to his left leg.

Upon receiving information about the incident, a team from Rescue 1122 promptly arrived at the scene, provided first aid to the injured and transported him to Tehsil Headquarter Hospital (THQ).
