Talagang Chamber holds rally, ceremony to mark ‘Marka-e-Haq’ anniversary

TALAGANG, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 7th May, 2026) A ceremony and rally were organized on Wednesday by the Talagang Chamber of Commerce and Industry to mark the first anniversary of “Marka-e-Haq,” with participants expressing solidarity with Pakistan’s armed forces and paying tribute to their services for national defense.

Additional Deputy Commissioner General and Administrator Municipal Committee, along with DSP Talagang, attended the event as chief guests. They were welcomed by office-bearers and executive members of the Chamber, while representatives of media organizations and other prominent personalities also participated in the gathering.

Addressing the ceremony, the Additional Deputy Commissioner General said Pakistan’s armed forces had demonstrated exemplary professionalism and determination during the past year by giving a strong response to the adversary, which enhanced the country’s image at the international level.

He said the entire nation stood united with its armed forces and leadership in safeguarding the country’s sovereignty and stability.

Speakers, including the DSP Talagang and Chamber representatives, paid tribute to the armed forces and reiterated their commitment to standing shoulder to shoulder with the country’s defenders. At the conclusion of the event, commemorative shields were presented to the chief guests and membership cards distributed among Chamber members, followed by a rally in support of the armed forces.
