TALAGANG, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Apr, 2026) In a proactive push to uplift rural standards, assistant commissioners across District Talagang on Wednesday carried out field visits under the ongoing “One Day, One Village” campaign, focusing on sanitation, public facilities, and community engagement.
Assistant Commissioner Talagang, Suleman Mansha, inspected Village Dival, while Assistant Commissioner Lawa, Sana Nadeem, toured Village Markhaki in Tehsil Lawa. The visits featured a comprehensive assessment of civic conditions, with officials issuing on-the-spot directives to address gaps in cleanliness and municipal upkeep.
Authorities reported encouraging findings, noting the absence of hazardous open wells or uncovered manholes in both villages—an indicator of improved local governance and community awareness. However, instructions were still issued to further enhance sanitation standards where necessary.
During her visit, Sana Nadeem also reviewed the learning environment at Government Elementary school Markhaki, engaging with students and evaluating academic conditions. District officials reaffirmed their resolve to sustain cleanliness drives and respond swiftly to grassroots concerns across Talagang.
