Tank admin continues special cleanliness drive on second day of Eid-ul-Azha

TANK, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 28th May, 2026) The district administration Tank continued a special cleanliness and monitoring campaign across the district on the second day of Eid-ul-Azha to ensure a clean environment and uninterrupted municipal services for citizens.

Acting on the directives of Deputy Commissioner Tank Jamshed Khan, field teams remained active in various areas under the supervision of the Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) and the Assistant Director Local Government.

Special measures were taken for the timely disposal of sacrificial animal waste, sanitation, and provision of civic facilities.

Officials said the cleanliness operation was being carried out effectively in urban and surrounding areas to maintain hygiene during the Eid holidays.

The district administration also appealed to the people to cooperate with sanitation staff and help keep their surroundings clean during Eid celebrations.
