TBH hosts session to highlight role of empowered women, challenges

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 29th Mar, 2026) The Black Hole (TBH), a non-profit organization, in collaboration with Inspiring Women Pakistan, on Sunday hosted an interactive workshop titled “The World’s Most Powerful Women” to shed light on the role of empowered women across the globe and the challenges they face.

The session aimed to create awareness among young women about the barriers that influence their choices, opportunities, and confidence, while encouraging them to build a more equal and supportive society.

The workshop explored the pressures women experience at different stages of life, along with the visible and invisible biases that often shape their decisions.

It also emphasized the importance of passion, perseverance, and strong support systems in achieving personal and professional goals.

According to the organizers, the session was designed to help female students identify challenges, discover inspiring role models, and envision more confident futures for themselves and their communities.

The speakers at the event included Inspiring Women Pakistan Ambassadors Mehak Bashir, Abeer Khan, Rushdah Adnan, and Yashal Aijaz, who shared their experiences and insights. The session was free and open to the public.
