The Islamabad High Court Bar Association restores shuttle service

The Islamabad High Court Bar Association has decided to restore its shuttle service between the District Courts and the Islamabad High Court in light of the increase in petroleum prices and difficulties being faced by lawyers

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 4th May, 2026) The Islamabad High Court Bar Association has decided to restore its shuttle service between the District Courts and the Islamabad High Court in light of the increase in petroleum prices and difficulties being faced by lawyers.

Barrister Qasim Nawaz Abbasi, Secretary of the High Court Bar, issued a statement regarding the decision.

According to the notification, the shuttle service will operate between the District Courts in G-11 and the Islamabad High Court. The first shuttle will depart from the District Courts (G-11) at 8:30 AM and will arrive at the Islamabad High Court Bar Association at 9:00 AM.

The second shuttle will depart from the Islamabad High Court at 11:00 AM and will return to the District Courts (G-11) at 11:30 AM. The statement also appealed to all members to strictly adhere to the designated schedule of the shuttle service.
