ATTOCK, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 7th Apr, 2026) A tragic, shocking, and heartbreaking road accident left three matriculation students critically injured in Tehsil Jand on Tuesday, casting doubts over their ability to appear in the ongoing Secondary school Certificate (SSC) examinations. The incident occurred near Jhamat while the students were returning from their examination centre on a motorcycle.
Police and rescue sources identified the injured students as Hamza Ameen (15), Bilal Saifullah (17), and Shahmeer (16), residents of Toray Wali village.
Moreover, preliminary reports indicate that overspeeding caused the motorcycle to lose control, crashing into an electric pole and leaving all three students in critical condition.
Meanwhile, rescue teams swiftly transported the victims to a local hospital for urgent care before referring them to Rawalpindi for advanced treatment. Furthermore, hospital authorities described the students’ condition as serious, raising concerns that they may miss their crucial board examinations this year.
