Tokyo stocks mixed, Nikkei hits fresh record high on tech rise

The 225-issue Nikkei Stock Average ended up 604.83 points, or 0.91%, from Friday at 66,934.33, after hitting a record intraday high of 67,231.28. The broader Topix index finished 16.47 points, or 0.42%, lower at 3,940.70.
