Train hits woman to death

ATTOCK, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Apr, 2026) A woman on Wednesday was killed after being struck by the Awam Express near Mahmood Abad Phatak , officials sources said .

According to initial reports, the Awam Express, traveling from Peshawar toward Attock hit an unidentified woman, resulting in her death at the spot.

The Rescue 1122 shifted the body to the District Headquarters Hospital for legal formalities, they added.

The Railway police supervised the transfer.

The sources said the deceased was not carrying any identification documents, and her identity had yet to be confirmed.
