Traveling facility in Railways' AC Sleeper Class available in 3 trains: Report

HYDERABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 6th Jun, 2026) The facility of traveling in AC Sleeper Class by Railways is available in only three trains, including Tezgam, Khyber Mail and Sukkur Express. Coaches are added to the trains going to other cities of the country from Karachi for the convenience of the passengers including economy class which is added in every train in which the maximum number of passengers travel at affordable fare.

According to a report of Railways on Saturday, 11 trains going from Karachi Cantt to different cities of the country have economy class bogies and AC standard bogies, including Hazara Express, Awam Express, Rehman Baba Express, Pakistan Express, Allamma Iqbal Express, Millat Express, Tezgam, Farid Express, Green Line Express, Khyber Mail and Sukkur Express, while 7 trains have AC business class coaches including Awam Express, Rehman Baba Express, Millat Express, Tezgam. Green Line, Khyber Mail and Sukkur Express.

Business class coaches include Awam Express, Rehman Baba Express, Millat Express, Tezgam, Green Line, Khyber Mail and Sukkur Express.

The facility of traveling in AC sleeper class by Pakistan Railways is available only in three trains which include Tezgam, Khyber Mail and Sukkur Express. The mentioned 11 train’s destinations are multiple as Hazara Express destination Havelian, Awam Express destination is Peshawar, Pakistan Express destination Rawalpindi, Allama Iqbal’destination Sialkot, Millat Express destination Faisalabad, Tezgam destination Rawalpindi, Farid Express destination Lahore, Green Line final destination Islamabad, Khyber Mail final destination Peshawar and Sukkur Express ends at Jacobabad.

It should be noted that the facility of AC Business in Awam Express is only up to Lahore where the AC Business bogie is separated, in Rehman Baba Express this facility is up to Peshawar, Faisalabad in Millat Express, Rawalpindi in Tezgam, Islamabad in Green Line, Peshawar in Khyber Mail and Sukkur in Sukkur Express.
