Two held with illegal weapons

SARGODHA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 27th Jun, 2026) Police arrested two accused and recovered illegal weapons from their possession

during a crackdown here on Saturday.

According to a police spokesperson, the team of Mela Police station conducted raids

in various locations within its jurisdiction as part of an ongoing campaign

against illegal arms.

During the operation, the police apprehended two accused identified as Atif and Shoaib.

The police team recovered two 30-bore pistols and ammunition from the accused.

Separate cases were registered against the accused while police started an investigation.
