Two illegal fat melting units demolished in Gujrat

GUJRAT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 4th Jun, 2026) On the instructions of District Officer Environment Usama Majid, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Gujrat carried out an operation against environmental violations and demolished two illegal fat melting units.

According to officials source, Kamran Fat Melting Unit and Amjad Fat Melting Unit, located near Boley Nullah in Mouza Boley, Tehsil and District Gujrat, were found operating in violation of environmental laws and causing pollution in the area.

Both units were demolished on the spot as part of an action against industries contributing to environmental degradation.
