Two injured in road accident

BAHAWALPUR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 7th Jun, 2026) Two persons were injured in a road accident near here on Sunday.

According to Rescue-1122, the accident took place on M-5 near Jhangra

Interchange where a rashly driven truck collided with a trailer from rear.

As a result, two people who were travelling in the truck sustained multiple

injuries. The injured were extricated from truck wreckage ans later they

were shifted to a hospital for medical treatment.

The injured were identified as 45-years-old Nawaz and 40-years-old Nawab,

residents of Khushab district.
