UC secretary arrested in fake divorce paper case

Multan in a case citing charges of registration of a fake divorce, officials said on Tuesday.

In compliance with standing instructions of DG ACE Punjab Suhail Zafar Chatha regarding intensifying

crackdown targeting corrupt elements and under supervision of regional director ACE Multan Basharat

Nabi, circle officer Multan Muhammad Riaz Bhatti accompanying Reader Wasif arrested UC secretary Khalid Ghauri in a case 1040/2025 stood registered with PS Sadar Multan.

Officials said, they are engaged in further investigations. RD ACE Multan said, the department will continue to follow its zero tolerance policy against corrupt elements.
