Unidentified assailants shot dead man

PATTOKI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 29th Apr, 2026) The unidentified gunmen here on Wednesday shot and killed a man , the police said on Tuesday.

The incident occurred in the suburban area of Mandeki, Chak No. 34, where armed assailants stormed a farmhouse (dera) and opened indiscriminate fire and killed a man namely Chaudhry Muhammad Riaz on the spot.

According to eyewitnesses, three suspects arrived on a motorcycle, entered the premises, and began firing indiscriminately. The attackers held people present at gunpoint before fleeing the scene.

The Saddar police collected evidence, and registered a case against unknown suspects.

A search operation had been launched to apprehend the culprits, they added.

The body was shifted to a nearby hospital for post-mortem .
