University of Lakki Marwat adopts modern digital systems

PESHAWAR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Jun, 2026) The University of Lakki Marwat has officially introduced a computerized payroll and e-office system, marking a significant step toward digital transformation, according to the university's office on Thursday.

Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Aurangzeb Khan inaugurated the new systems and reaffirmed the university's commitment to transparency, efficiency and timely administrative services.

Under the newly launched computerized payroll system, salaries of all university employees will be processed accurately and on time. The initiative is expected to minimize human errors and enhance financial transparency within the institution.

The e-office system will enable online tracking of official correspondence and files.

He noted that the new systems will strengthen record security, improve monitoring mechanisms and save both time and resources.

The Vice Chancellor reiterated his commitment to modernizing the university and emphasized that the implementation of digital systems will significantly enhance transparency, accountability and overall administrative performance.
