UoS e-Rozgaar Centre opens admissions

SARGODHA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th May, 2026) The e-Rozgaar Centre at the University of Sargodha has opened admissions for regular and weekend digital skills training programmes, offering students and working professionals an opportunity to learn market-oriented skills for freelancing and online earning.

The regular programme will be held from Monday to Thursday, while a separate weekend programme has been introduced from Friday to Sunday for job holders and professionals who cannot attend classes during

working days.

The courses include basic computer skills and office automation, search engine optimisation, social media and influencer marketing, WordPress development, creative design, e-commerce, artificial intelligence tools, Facebook and YouTube automation, digital marketing, mobile app development and freelancing.

According to Manager e-Rozgaar Centre Malik Kaleem Ullah, applicants with matriculation or intermediate qualification are eligible to apply, while students awaiting results can also seek admission. The initiative would allow students to use their summer vacations productively by acquiring practical digital skills, he said.

The training is aimed at enabling young people to explore freelancing, online business and remote work opportunities, helping them build respectable sources of income through skills that are in demand in local and international markets, Kaleem Ullah concluded.

Applications can be submitted online through the e-Rozgaar portal (https://erozgaar.uos.edu.pk/) till June 2, while classes will begin on June 3.
