WASA MD assigns Rs 425m revenue recovery target till end of March

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th Feb, 2026) Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Managing Director Saqib Raza has assigned a recovery target of Rs 425 million by the end of next month.

He instructed the officers to go in the field along with their subordinate staff to enhance the number of commercial consumers.

Chairing a meeting of the revenue directorate here on Thursday, he urged the officers concerned to focus on revenue recovery and achieve the target of Rs 425 million till end of March.

He said that joint teams of revenue and operations staff should be formed in areas where there are sewage issues so that the redressal of sewage complaints and revenue recovery could be improved in these areas.
