Woman killed as trailer run over her in tragic road accident in Lodhran

LODHRAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Apr, 2026) A 32-year-old woman lost her life in a tragic road traffic accident near Awami tractor store, Bhatti Wala, along Choti Nehar in Lodhran on Sunday evening.

According to Rescue 1122 officials, the incident occurred when a motorcycle lost control after a dog suddenly appeared in front of it.

As a result, the pillion rider, identified as Kunda Mai, wife of Sadiq and a resident of Dhonote, fell onto the road.

Meanwhile, a trailer approaching from behind ran over the woman and she died on the spot. The driver of the trailer fled the scene immediately after the incident.

The victim’s body was shifted to District Headquarters (DHQ) hospital Lodhran.

The police concerned was busy in interrogation into the incident.
