Woman killed on road

GUJRAT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Feb, 2026) A woman was killed in a hit-and-run accident in Gujrat on Monday.

According to Rescue 1122 officials, the victim, Hameda (70) of Ladian, was crossing

the road when a speeding car hit her and fled the scene.

She suffered serious head injuries and died on the spot.

The rescue team shifted the body to THQ Hospital Kharian for necessary

legal formalities.
