The visit was accompanied by Assistant Commissioner Taxila Maria Javed, District Health Officer Naveed Ahmed, Medical Superintendent Dr. Shazia Ishtiaq Niazi, the Additional Medical Superintendent, and other relevant officials. During the inspection, Zamurrad Khan visited various departments including the Emergency Room, Surgical Ward and other treatment units, where he met patients and inquired about their health and satisfaction with available services.

He also interacted with both outpatients and admitted patients to obtain direct feedback regarding hospital performance.

Later, he visited the Pothohar Rehabilitation Center, where hospital officials briefed him on ongoing rehabilitation programs, facilities, and modern treatment services being offered to patients.

Expressing satisfaction over the overall arrangements, Zamurrad Khan appreciated the dedication of doctors, nursing staff and hospital administration, particularly highlighting cleanliness standards and the efficient management of services despite a heavy patient load. He stressed the need for continued coordination among institutions to improve healthcare delivery and ensure better access to medical facilities for all segments of society.
