355 candidates clear CSS exam, 170 recommended for appointment: The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC)

The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) announced the results of the Central Superior Services (CSS) Examination 2025, one of Pakistan’s most competitive exams, with only 355 candidates qualifying out of 12,792 applicants

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 30th Apr, 2026) The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) announced the results of the Central Superior Services (CSS) Examination 2025, one of Pakistan’s most competitive exams, with only 355 candidates qualifying out of 12,792 applicants.

According to an official notification, 170 successful candidates have been recommended for appointment to various occupational groups, including 84 male candidates and 86 female candidates.

The overall pass percentage stood at 2.67 percent.
