92 criminals arrested,narcotics recovered

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th Mar, 2026) The police have arrested 92 criminals from various parts of Faisalabad during the last 24 hours.

A police spokesman said on Friday that police teams conducted operations in different areas of the city and apprehended 92 accused involved in various criminal activities.

The police arrested eight drug peddlers during separate raids and recovered more than two kilograms of hashish, over one kilogram of heroin, five kilograms of bhukki and 230 liters of liquor from their possession.

Similarly, the police arrested 10 accused for possessing illegal weapons and registered separate cases against them under relevant laws.

During the same period, the police also succeeded in arresting 15 proclaimed offenders and 14 court absconders who were wanted in different cases and had been evading arrest for a long time.
