Aged cyclist dies in road mishap

MUZAFFARGARH, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd Mar, 2026) A 64-year-old cyclist was killed after being hit by a speeding car near Government Postgraduate College on Multan Road, rescue sources said.

According to details, the victim, identified as Abdul Sattar, son of Allah Ditta and a resident of Doaba Mor, was riding along the roadside when a fast-moving car struck him.

He died on the spot due to severe injuries. Rescue teams shifted the body to his residence on the request of the family.

Eyewitnesses said the accident occurred due to overspeeding and negligence of the driver.
