Aleem Khan condemns terror incident in Quetta, lauds security forces’ vigilance

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th May, 2026) Federal Minister for Communications Abdul Aleem Khan on Sunday strongly condemned the train fire incident in Quetta and expressed deep sorrow over the loss of lives and injuries caused by the tragedy.

In a statement issued on social media platform X, Abdul Aleem Khan said the Pakistan Army and security agencies were fully vigilant and anti-state elements would never succeed in their malicious objectives.

He said that India is attempting to destabilize peace in Pakistan through its proxies, but whole Pakistani nation stands like a fortified wall against every act of terrorism and mischief, shoulder to shoulder with its armed forces.

The minister said the brave soldiers of the Pakistan Army were rendering sacrifices for the defense of the homeland and expressed confidence that terrorists would ultimately be defeated.

He expressed sympathy with the affected families and prayed for the speedy recovery of those injured in the train fire incident.

Abdul Aleem Khan extended condolences to the families of those who lost their loved ones in acts of terrorism and prayed for eternal peace for the departed souls.
