MULTAN, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 30th Apr, 2026) Spokesperson of Agriculture Department Punjab said that under the vision of the Punjab Chief Minister Punjab, applications were invited from farmers for the provision of Super Seeder/Pak Seeder on 60 percent subsidy under the Punjab Clean Air Program to promote eco-friendly farming and eliminate air pollution.
The subsidy will be available in 35 districts of the province, including Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, Nankana Sahib, Gujranwala, Hafizabad, Wazirabad, Gujrat, Mandi Bahauddin, Sialkot, Narowal, Chiniot, Faisalabad, Jhang, Toba Tek Singh, Sargodha, Khushab, Mianwali, Bhakkar, Okara, Sahiwal, Pakpattan, Multan, Khanewal, Vehari, Lodhran, Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar, Rahim Yar Khan, Rajanpur, Dera Ghazi Khan, Layyah, Kot Addu, Muzaffargarh, and Attock. In this regard, the applicant must own a tractor with a minimum capacity of 65 horsepower. The farmer must not have previously availed subsidy for Pak Seeder/Super Seeder from any district.
Only one member from a family will be eligible for the subsidy. In addition, the subsidy recipient will be bound to provide machinery on rent to other farmers/service providers. Furthermore, booking with approved firms/companies will be mandatory within 10 days of the issuance of the allotment letter.
The spokesperson further added that interested farmers could download the application form from the Punjab Agriculture Department’s website: www.agripunjab.gov.pk, or obtain it free of cost from the office of the concerned Agriculture Officer (Extension) at the respective center, the Assistant Director Agriculture (Extension) at the respective tehsil, or the Assistant Director Agricultural Engineering in the concerned district. Completed application forms, along with a copy of CNIC and proof of tractor ownership, may be submitted to all these relevant offices by June 15, 2026.
