Ayaz lauds security forces for successful operations in Bajaur, Bannu

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 1st Apr, 2026) Speaker of National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq Wednesday paid rich tribute to the security forces for their successful operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Bajaur and Bannu districts, where 13 terrorists were killed.

In a statement, the Speaker commended the timely and effective actions of the security forces, saying that their operations thwarted the nefarious designs of terrorists.

He said that the killing of 13 militants during intelligence-based operations in Bajaur and Bannu reflects the high level of professionalism and operational capability of the country’s security institutions.

Ayaz Sadiq remarked that successful operations against terrorist elements demonstrate the nation’s unwavering resolve and the strength of the state’s policies against terrorism.

He emphasized that the sacrifices rendered by security forces in the fight against terrorism are unforgettable and deeply valued by the nation.

The Speaker said that the entire nation stands united with its brave armed forces and law enforcement agencies in the fight against terrorism.

He reaffirmed the commitment to continue operations until the complete elimination of terrorism from the country.

Referring to the ongoing campaign “Azm-e-Istehkam,” he said that the initiative represents a determined effort to ensure a peaceful, secure and prosperous future for Pakistan.

Ayaz Sadiq also praised the professionalism, courage and dedication of security personnel, vowing that the war against terrorism will continue until its complete eradication.
