Azizullah Yousafzai emphasizes RTPSC role in ensuring transparent public services in KP

HAVELIAN, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th May, 2026) District Monitoring Officer (DMO) Azizullah Yousafzai has said that the Right to Public Services Commission (RTPSC) is a vital public welfare institution that has significantly improved citizens’ access to government services across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, enabling people to benefit from timely and transparent service delivery.

While talking to the medipersons at the Havelian Press Club, he said that the KP government has made access to more than 80 departments easier for the public through the RTPSC framework. He urged citizens to fully utilize this system for the prompt and effective resolution of their issues.

He stated that the core objective of the RTPSC is to ensure that government institutions provide services within a fixed timeframe, eliminating unnecessary visits to offices and reducing public inconvenience.

He added that clear deadlines have been set for various services across departments.

DMO Azizullah Yousafzai further explained that if any citizen does not receive a service within the stipulated time, they have the right to file a complaint at the relevant forum under the commission’s mechanism.

He said the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government is actively working on practical measures to resolve public issues and improve institutional efficiency. He stressed the need for citizens to be aware of their rights and to use the RTPSC system to ensure transparency, accountability, and better governance.
