Burewala administration reviews THQ Hospital performance, approves health measures

BUREWALA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th Jul, 2026) Assistant Commissioner (AC) Burewala Jawad Hussain Malik chaired a meeting to review the hospital's performance and approve measures aimed at improving healthcare services of the Tehsil Health Council at THQ Hospital Burewala on Saturday.

The meeting reviewed the hospital's overall functioning, discussed development agenda items and approved budget allocations under various heads. Measures taken for patients' welfare were also endorsed.

Jawad Hussain directed hospital authorities to ensure strict implementation of Health Department instructions and ordered that the hospital's air-conditioning system remain fully operational during the summer season.

He also stressed the need to ensure uninterrupted availability of free medicines and all possible medical facilities for patients.

The meeting reaffirmed its commitment to providing quality healthcare services in line with the vision of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz.
