Bushra Bibi moves IHC for urgent verdict on Sentence Suspension Case

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 28th Apr, 2026) A miscellaneous application has been moved the Islamabad High Court (IHC) seeking an immediate decision on Bushra Bibi's sentence suspension plea in the Toshakhana-II case.

The petition also pointed out the issue of her eye surgery conducted.

The application requested the court to hear the sentence suspension plea on merit on a priority basis. It also

prayed to summon relevant officials along with the complete medical record of the petitioner.

Bushra Bibi has further requested the court to order her immediate transfer to a reputable hospital and to direct

for providing her lawyers and family members regular access to her.
