CEO health reviews facilities at THQ Hospital

GUJRAT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 1st Apr, 2026) Chief Executive Officer District Health Authority Gujrat, Dr Syed Ata-ul-Munim, paid an administrative visit to Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) Hospital Sara-e-Alamgir.

Medical Superintendent Dr Muhammad Bilal Bin Tariq was present on the occasion. The CEO was given a detailed briefing on the Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) programme and reviewed its operational matters while obtaining feedback from doctors and staff.

During the visit, he inspected various departments, including emergency, laboratory, X-ray department and medicine store. He also reviewed treatment charts of admitted patients and expressed displeasure over consultants for not completing notes on time.

He directed the Medical Superintendent and consultants to ensure full and effective implementation of the policies and guidelines of the Health and Population Department.

He also interacted with patients and inquired about the medical facilities, directing the staff to ensure better care.

Later, he visited the trauma center and staff residences and directed that allotment of residences be ensured in a fair manner according to the recommendations of the allotment committee.
