City receives heavy-to-moderate rain

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 4th Apr, 2026) Heavy-to-moderate, scattered rainfall, accompanied by thunderstorm, was recorded across the city on Saturday, while the Met. Office forecast similar weather conditions over the next 24 hours.

Dense clouds blanketed several parts of the city by evening, followed by rain that brought a noticeable drop in temperature and made the weather pleasant. Showers were reported in areas including Ichra, Chauburji, Samanabad, Gulshan-e-Ravi, Johar Town, PIA Road, Gaddafi Stadium, Kalma Chowk, Muslim Town, Naulakha, Kot Lakhpat, Ferozepur Road, Green Town, Mughalpura, Shahdara, Pine Avenue, DHA, and surrounding localities.

According to Met officials, the maximum temperature was recorded at 24°C, while the minimum temperature dropped to 17°C.
