FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 17th Apr, 2026) The divisional administration has decided to take measures to establish executive public toilets in various parts of the city.

Chairing a briefing held at Municipal Corporation here on Friday, Commissioner Musarrat Jabeen directed a comprehensive survey of the public toilets across the city and said that they should be functional immediately.

The commissioner said that provision of toilet facilities to citizens in public places should be ensured.

She was also briefed by the Planning, Regulation, Infrastructure and other departments on the progress.

The commissioner directed to strictly implement the buildings by-laws. She stressed continuing the operation against encroachment mafia with full legal force and said that banners placed on poles and other places in the city should also be removed. She directed to accelerate the ongoing repairing and rehabilitation work on the roads.

She said that According to the CM Maryam Nawaz Sharif vision, the divisional administration is ensuring municipal services and facilities to citizens.
