CM saddened by drowning incident

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th Apr, 2026) Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif on Wednesday expressed deep sorrow and grief over the death of twin brothers, who drowned in a pond on the outskirts of Gujranwala.

She extended her heartfelt sympathies and condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for strength for them to bear the irreparable loss.

The chief minister also sought a report on the tragic incident from the relevant authorities.
