Commissioner chairs meeting of all DCs of division

HYDERABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 1st Jul, 2026) The meeting of all the deputy commissioners of the division was held under the chairmanship of the commissioner of Hyderabad division, Fayyaz Hussain Abbasi, in which the overall performance of the district administration and various matters related to public interest were reviewed in detail.

During the meeting, all the Deputy Commissioners gave a briefing about the performance of their respective districts, re-writing of the Record of Rights, adjudication of complaints and requests received regarding mutation entry in the record of Rights, pending requests, issuance of sale certificates, demarcation, elimination of mafia from government lands and removal of permanent encroachments, implementation of land acquisition process for various development projects for a fixed period, implementation of taluk revenue sales and registration offices and also gave a detailed briefing on other matters of public importance.

Chief Executive Officer of Sindh Healthcare Commission Dr. Ahsan Qawi Siddiqui also participated in the meeting.

While shedding light on Commission’s manadate Dr. Ahsan Qavvi said that purpose of Sindh Health care Commission was to taking effective steps with related institutions for the elimination of quakes(Doctors) protecting the rights of patients and people related to the health sector, dealing with complaints arising during treatment, continuous monitoring of licensed medical centers and effective communication between the private sector and the health department about various public health measures,

He further informed that from July 2018 to April 2026, the Sindh Healthcare Commission has sealed 12731 illegal centers during the campaign against doctors.

5045 centers were re-sealed, 8 thousand 662 warnings were issued, 1 thousand 690 follow-up actions were carried out while a total of 28 thousand 128 inspections were carried out.

On this occasion, Commissioner Hyderabad Division Fayyaz Hussain Abbasi instructed all Deputy Commissioners that the first priority of the district administration should be to provide timely, transparent and effective services to the public.

Ensuring continuous monitoring of other developmental and welfare matters Commissioner Fayyaz Hussain Abbasi further directed that all the Deputy Commissioners should pay special attention to projects of public interest and perform their duties with more effort, dedication and responsibility, so that better facilities can be provided to the people.

He said that all officers should improve their performance with the spirit of public service, so that the benefits of the government measures can reach the common citizens.
