Commissioner directs for improvement in healthcare facilities

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Apr, 2026) Divisional Commissioner Madam Musarrat Jabeen on Sunday visited

the Allied Hospital-I and reviewed cleanliness arrangements and emphasized

maintaining a hygienic environment in all sections of the hospital.

During her visit, she also inspected various wards, inquired after the

patients and verified the availability of medicines being provided by

the hospital.

She directed its managements to further improve healthcare facilities

and ensure uninterrupted provision of services to the patients.

She also checked the functionality of medical machinery and examined

arrangements in the Outdoor Patient Department (OPD) and other wards.

The Commissioner received a detailed briefing on availability of medicines,

record management and their distribution to patients. She made it clear that

no complaint regarding non-provision of medicines should arise.

She said that benefits of government initiatives in the health sector should

reach common patients without interruption as it was a top priority.

In this regard, the process of inspecting public hospitals across the division

would continue, she added.

Deputy Commissioner Capt (Retd) Nadeem Nasir and others were also

present on the occasion.
