Commissioner reviews BISE finance committee budget, development plans

SARGODHA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th Jun, 2026) Commissioner Sargodha Division and Chairman Board of Intermediate and Secondary education (BISE) Hafiz Shaukat Ali presided over a finance committee meeting on Wednesday to review financial matters, budget allocations, and upcoming development projects for the next fiscal year.

The participants also discussed strategies for increasing the board's revenue, ensuring transparency in spending, and the efficient use of existing resources. The commissioner directed the officials to ensure strict compliance with rules and regulations, maintaining merit and transparency in all financial transactions.

He stated that the prudent and timely utilisation of financial resources is vital for the uplift of educational institutions and the provision of better facilities to students within the division.

Hafiz Shoukat instructed the officers concerned to ensure implementation of approved developmental and administrative initiatives, stressing that principles of accountability must be upheld in all matters. The meeting was attended by members of the finance committee and senior officials of the Sargodha Education Board.
