Commissioner SBA imposed Section 144 in premises of Examination centres

Commissioner Shaheed Benazirabad Division, Shahmeer Khan Bhutto, has issued a notification imposing Section 144 in order to prevent cheating and ensure peaceful conduct of annual examinations for 9th and 10th grades, conducted by the Shaheed Benazirabad Education Board

NAWABSHAH, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 3rd Apr, 2026) Commissioner Shaheed Benazirabad Division, Shahmeer Khan Bhutto, has issued a notification imposing Section 144 in order to prevent cheating and ensure peaceful conduct of annual examinations for 9th and 10th grades, conducted by the Shaheed Benazirabad education Board.

According to notification, Section 144 will be enforced at all 166 examination centers across the Division from April 7 to April 15, 2026. It was further stated that the Chairman of the Shaheed Benazirabad Education board had recommended the enforcement of Section 144 during the examinations.

Under this order, entry into examination centers would be strictly prohibited for all unrelated individuals.

Only candidates appearing in the exams and authorized staff on duty will be allowed inside the premises. Meanwhile, the use of photocopy machines near examination centers during exam hours will also remain banned. Order status that strict legal action would be taken against anyone found violating directives.
