Court extends Nadeem Mubarak’s interim bail in gambling app promotion case

LAHORE, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 2nd Jun, 2026) A sessions court on Tuesday extended the interim bail of content creator Nadeem Mubarak alias Naniwala until June 11 in a case pertaining to the alleged illegal promotion of a gambling application.

Additional District and Sessions Judge Zulfiqar Ahmad Naeem heard the matter. The accused appeared before the court and marked his attendance during the proceedings.

After hearing the case, the court extended Nadeem Mubarak’s interim bail and directed the counsels to present their arguments at the next hearing.

The court had earlier also granted extensions in the interim bail petitions of the accused.

According to the prosecution, the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) registered a case against the accused on charges of illegally promoting a gambling app in 2025.

It is pertinent to mention that the court had confirmed the interim bail of YouTuber Rajab Butt in the same case on last hearing.
