CTO pays tribute to Shaheed Capt. Syed Ahmed Mubeen

LAHORE, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th Apr, 2026) Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Lahore Syed Abdul Rahim Shirazi on Saturday visited the grave of Captain (R) Syed Ahmed Mubeen Shaheed after assuming charge and offered Fateha and salute in recognition of his services.

Later, the CTO visited various model roads across the city to review traffic management, flow, and operational arrangements.

During the visit, Divisional Superintendents of Police (SPs) and Deputy Superintendents of Police (DSPs) briefed him on traffic regulation measures and ongoing improvements on the designated model routes.

CTO Syed Abdul Rahim Shirazi inspected traffic flow at various locations and issued instructions to further streamline vehicular movement and improve on-ground efficiency. He directed traffic officers to ensure implementation of the Chief Minister Punjab’s vision of citizen-friendly policing, emphasizing courteous behavior with the public.
