LAHORE, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th May, 2026) A cycle rally was organised to celebrate the success of Marka-e-Haq and pay tribute to the victors of Operation Bunyan-um-Marsoos, here on Saturday.
Deputy Commissioner Lahore Muhammad Ali Ijaz led the rally, which started from Quaid-e-Azam library and witnessed participation from a large number of citizens and members of the “Critical Mass” cycling group.
Participants carrying national flags raised slogans of “Pakistan Zindabad” and expressed solidarity with the Pakistan Armed Forces while paying tribute to their bravery, professionalism and sacrifices for the defence of the country.
<?php /*?> <?php */?>Speaking on the occasion, the DC said the success of Marka-e-Haq reflected the unmatched courage and professional capabilities of the armed forces. He said such activities helped strengthen the bond between the people and the armed forces besides promoting patriotism and national unity among the younger generation.
Citizens appreciated the initiative of the district administration and termed the rally a positive activity aimed at encouraging youth participation in healthy and constructive engagements.
