DC Chiniot meets citizens under open-door policy

CHINIOT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th May, 2026) Deputy Commissioner Chiniot Ayesha Rizwan met citizens during public dealing hours at her office to ensure implementation of the open-door policy introduced on the instructions of the Chief Minister of Punjab.

Citizens from different areas presented applications regarding their individual and collective issues, upon which the deputy commissioner issued directives for their immediate and priority-based resolution.

Speaking on the occasion, Ayesha Rizwan said that timely resolution of public complaints was the Primary responsibility of the district administration and that all available resources were being utilized to provide relief to citizens.

She directed officials to remain active in the complaint resolution process and keep applicants informed about progress on their cases.

The deputy commissioner said the open-door policy aimed to strengthen communication between the public and the district administration and ensure that citizens’ problems were resolved at their doorstep.
