DC Chiniot rolls out reforms for faster citizen complaint resolution

CHINIOT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 17th Apr, 2026) Deputy Commissioner (DC) Chiniot Ayesha Rizwan on Friday said advanced reforms are being implemented to quickly resolve citizens' problems.

According to APP correspondent, the administration is processing public requests daily and issuing orders to concerned officers for prompt action.

Speaking to citizens, she noted that the district administration is providing services daily to address public issues, with applications being processed without delay. The goal is to ensure timely redressal of grievances.

Ayesha added that the district control room is active 24/7, where online complaints from citizens are logged and resolved quickly. The system is designed to provide immediate response to public concerns.

She said monitoring systems are in place to track performance, and staff found negligent will be held strictly accountable.
