DC holds Open Kutchery in Gadani to resolve people's issues on priority

HUB, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th May, 2026) The district administration on Thursday organized an Khuli kutchery (Open court) in Gadani town to address public grievances on their doorsteps and register complaints directly from the residents.

The session was chaired by Deputy Commissioner Hub, Juma Dad Khan Mandokhail, and attended by officials of the police, Frontier Corps (FC), heads of various district departments, Chairman Municipal Committee, Gadani Wadera , Jan Sher Baloch, and other concerned officers.

A large number of people participated in the open forum and presented their issues before the district administration.

The residents registered their problems including unannounced electricity load-shedding, disruption in power supply, shortage of clean drinking water, difficulties faced by fishermen due to illegal trawling, employment opportunities for local youth in DG Cement Company, and preference for the local residents in jobs at the ship-breaking yard.

The deputy commissioner assured participants that the district administration would utilize all available resources for public welfare and the development of the area.
