Deputy Commissioner Kohat, Muhammad Nawaz, visited Comprehensive Higher Secondary School and Commerce College Kohat during the ongoing matriculation exams

CHINIOT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 2nd Apr, 2026) Deputy Commissioner Kohat, Muhammad Nawaz, visited Comprehensive Higher Secondary school and Commerce College Kohat during the ongoing matriculation exams.

On this occasion, the DC spoke to the students in the examination halls andthe teachers on duty about cooperation and the conduct of peaceful exams.

He encouraged teachers and staff to completely eradicate cheating and discourage it. He strictly instructed the police an staff deployed on-site not to allow any unrelated person to enter around the examination centers.

He stated that Section 144 has been imposed on the presence of unrelated individuals near the examination centers in Kohat district, as well as on pocket guides and materials used fo cheating.

He said that students are the architects of the country. Du to cheating, capable and intelligent students fall behind, so we should discourage cheating in order to give talented and intelligent students a chance to excel, allowing the country and society to progress.
